  • PO Approval Workflow - Part 2 - Demo with End Users scheduled for Thursday - I will extend the invitation to the team for anyone interested in joining. This project team is recording the sessions as well as demonstrating progress to date as well as requesting our end users to demonstrate our current process. This has been working well in my opinion as we see what is happening from both perspectives. I would also like to link the page with the recordings to create a database of tutorials - teams or confluence???

  • Week 7 NRESR-Phase 1 post deployment - learning experience for all

    • Forms, Fields, Roles & Permissions

      • Form logic across the board broke everything past phase 1 of a RES; Fields are doubled, tripled, Market is Quadruple; Roles - Administrator can assign anyone any role; sys admin in a script can break, overwrite, take over

    • Workflows, processes and end-users

  • NetSuite Steering Committee - project road map - weekly meetings for status updates on the existing projects and timelines. Dev (SB1) - QA (SB2) - Production - 3 NetSuite environments are all up and…walking! This is a transition period

  • Single source, same page, simplify -

  • Jira tickets - getting through them, slowly. Most are for reporting changes, PW resets, permissions and improvements suggestions. Broken connections due to field name changes in phase 1, previous fields included in older saved searches are now blank in some places, mis-named in others

  • The integration aftermath - the data and processes going into NetSuite today will make their way back to us to deal with later - we want to be very careful when and how we map it in.

    • Looker - Abe can share how long we looked for 1 field

    • NRESR-PM’s, NOC,, Sales planners then WHS, Inventory, Shipping, Finance, BSR

    • Tipalti - Buyer/Planner, Finance, PM’s, Approvers

  • Documenting the environment and processes in place at the buildings with an eye to identifying what can be moved to the cloud/improved.

  • Reviewing recommendations provided by LoganData for AWS environment assessment; ex. Jenkins server security settings, Landing Zone set-up.

  • Loading updated data to the RevenueReporting tables.

  • WFH tomorrow morning; out Friday afternoon for Summer hours.

  • WFH Monday of next week, then taking (AWS) Developer Class in Boston Tu/We/Th and cert exam Friday AM

  • Fix broken / Update US Dashboard with:

    • Transaction Actual Close Date (instead of Opportunity Actual Close Date)

  • Canada Dashboards also updated with same filter changes + RE Opportunity Type“Product”
