Lowell Server Room Clean-out Project continuing. Matt Moran from CNE made final visit on Friday. Estimate to complete by 6/15/19.

Rackspace Server Assessment/Consolidation Project. Analysis still in progress. Waiting on assessments from Rackspace and server owners.

Windows 10 upgrade project. Waiting on the O365 upgrade project, to eliminate redundant efforts.

Traffic System Upgrade Project. In process. Frank managing a roadblock with RackSpace.

Corrupt Router Replacement Project. Dependent on SD-WAN implementation. (Wally: approved, signed the SOW on Friday for SD-WAN; GTT is the integrator. Del is spearheading, Paul from TechChoice will help drive it)

IPsec to SSTP Project. In process. Waiting on current %complete from Kofi. Kofi trained NOC for level 1 support model.

Penetration test. In process. Kofi to work Jonathan from Leap security to set up the remote testing device.

Phone system/O365 update. Agreement with Calltower has been signed. Next step- Kickoff.

• Status Field has a different name based on which screen you’re in in NetSuite… why is this?

• Web Services enabled for a field Entity_Status

  • Renamed invalid stored procs.

    • In Crosswalk, 123 stored procs were renamed/retired with a zzRetired preface, out of a total of 588.

• Rubicon and Vistar API integrations with NetSuite are complete. Hivestack should be done within a few weeks

• Geckoboard rewrite from Snowflake continues on pace

• Fortified Data is beginning to fix the Wave 1 (of 3) issues found in the database assessment

Boostr - Requirements for Lauren is to have a parent-child relationship in Pivotal; Julia updated over 8000 records over the record, added parents. Remaining Issue: if parents do not already exist as account in NetSuite, Julia cannot create. Accounts require a currency code in Production in Pivotal.

Boostr API testing for accounts and deals is ongoing with a lot of success. Pablo has been doing most of the work with Garret.

Issues with Adam with NetSuite implementation; Andrea will make sure Adam does not fail

Pablo sales order requirements for boostr , sales orders in NetSuite; flight by month; these will go to Boostr’s endpoints via API → NetSuite.

Boostr part 2: creating invoices from sales orders that get included by Boostr within NetSuite. This will go hand in hand with Finance getting a pre credit approval for their customers

To work with Andrea to define issues with integration, document different connectionts to be able to identify where to apply fixes quickly
