• Working on phase 2 on Engineering’s ‘Building Server Service’ migration project (Functional Spec for what the system should do).

• Cloud Management Concerns. Ongoing review of infrastructure and cloud challenges with the goal of addressing issues and creating remediation plans. (Due Friday 9/30 - compile plan for Mike Levesque)

• Logan data follow-up

• AWS in process:

  o FSX / AD integration

  • Roll out Sandbox account for Engineering.

  • Tagging strategy completed, implemented

    • Meet with accounting to determine how they want costs allocated

• Test 2 Successful for AWS VPN to Rackspace, found a new issue i.e Tunnel # 2 is down, and the pings are not working from AWS to Rackspace. Need to get on a call with Kofi and Rackspace Technician.

• Need to work with Karen on FSX / AD integration.

• Reviewing IP Subnetting for AWS environment.

• Covering NOC from 1-2pm tomorrow.

Reporting Migration: The whole idea was to get out of Crystal (unsure why)

• Bring on CoreValue: Lucien

• Off of Crystal? Impossible on Snowflake because of data sync (a small number of reports need to be able to be refreshed on demand)

Boostr Went Live; training now (started last Monday 3pm); Hans has a daily 1 hr

• no way to generate a contract

• some things missed in the data import

• Boostr sends a deal to pivotal, forecast proposal is sent back to Boostr, contract from pivotal and boostr, contract is created out of pivotal (needs buildings and markets) and boostr sends an IO from Pivotal to NetSuite as a sales order. Eventually, invoices generated (from NetSuite?)

• Currently have them push a button to update a contract or proposal (want that automated when it is sent over, not dependent on a user button press)

• Boostr issue with contacts (loaded a static table that doesn’t match..)
