  • Boostr -working on integration with NetSuite. Implementation Phase

  • Two production updates to move Pivotal over early - happening this week

  • Working on reports for Matt S. - Revenue by building

  • working with Stacey to automate the process

  • Corevalue has revenue by building / work with them to give them the requirements needed so we won’t need to duplicate efforts

 

Frank

  • Traffic Upgrade - Additional storage in Rackspace approved. Waiting for that to be configured in order to have the new VM’s built.

  • Geckoboard and API integration are moving to NetSuite SB2/QA for further testing, and what has been completed thus far will move to production hopefully soon

  • Wave II of SQL Server remediation will begin soon, with Fortified Data digging into the SQL environment in more detail, tuning code and indexes.

  • Still monitoring the Pivotal SFA sync job with Snowflake. There have been no failures since the trigger was added to handle deletes and the delete code removed from the sync proceudure.

Abe

  • Looker/NetSuite/Outlook connection resolved: Lead Gen Dashboards that count Meeting activity for Leads

    • Root cause was with Celigo plugin; something must have been fixed on their end

  • Looker NetSuite - Entity Status / Phase changes-over-time analysis model in progress

  • Looker CI/CD Production config and documentation; moving production code from abe’s old ‘production’ project to CoreValue’s production project, cleaning up old code

Off Topic / Surgery Update: Hardware removal went ok last week, but a bolt snapped and was stuck in the bone, so a larger hole had to be drilled to get it out! Sadly this makes the recovery period longer than expected, but it’s not too bad. I’m in a splint and using crutches again for now.

Post-Surgery check-up with orthopedic surgeon tomorrow! Planning to be back in the office after the check-up

  • Jira training still being researched/ locked down. stay tuned (Eliassen Group)

  • Project meetings established with Mangers. Meeting weekly

  • CAP-Cross meetings established/ productive

  • Teams transition ongoing-Lowell rolling out, to continue company wide

  • Aha! has been implemented as well. Alice to be the key user, this allows additional reporting in a Roadmap view. Shows where we are, were we are going.
