Leslie | Lowell Server Room Clean-out Project continuing. Steve to move these servers over to the Telco Rack until we have time to transition these servers over to Rackspace. Crosspoint Memorial Day power shut down is in order. Matt finalizing processes documentation. Rackspace Server Assessment/Consolidation Project. Analysis still in progress. Waiting on assessments from Rackspace and server owners. Windows 10 upgrade project. Metrics have been created. Working on data updates with Matt, creating milestone dates. Rescheduled Authentication meeting for Boostr 5/15/19 2pm Traffic Server Upgrade Project. Frank completed task list. Frank working on non-dependent tasks. Corrupt Router Replacement Project. Working with Brian to create a list of all locations/ address/ contacts. etc. hoping to replace any local units first. IPsec to SSTP Project. Working with Steve and Kofi to determine ETC see if we need to get some extra resources. Penetration test. Discussions in the works with Jake from Riptide. Rackspace confirmed that there shouldn't be any issue with the testing. No notification is necessary. The worst that can happen is that, if you are enrolled in their monitoring services, you may get a ticket notifying you about the increased/suspicious traffic, but any further action is up to you. Phone system/O365 update. working with Sam from Calltower to determine next steps, needs and best pricing. (working with Matt and HR to solidify total #/level user licenses needed.) |
Wally | Approaching board for Network-wide upgrade: WAN with dual circuits (fiber or cable, cell backup) current state: cell (98% uptime); multimillion cost of upgrade ($40 to $200 per site) Advantages: security + html + streaming at 4k everywhere 18-30 month project. currently 185 routers that are compromised/breached; can still push ads but can’t get in to the router (52k to replace 185 routers manually, which is the only other option) Movin gto a different version of Office 365; E5 entreprise (instead of business premium [ for less than 300] Use Teams as the communication platform

Julia | New High Priority Business Management Systems effort from Hans on behalf of Lucien New requirment from Megan; may be able to use Corealue’s SVP Opportunity Rollup More issues with NetSuite than expected, need an opportunity to talk to Andrea; she shut off everyone’s access except for herself’s, problem with backups and John Hayhow (unable to get work done all weekend) Boostr meeting went well; Lauren is nervous with her departure and 3 new people trying to fill her shoes Meeting with Campsite CANCELLED: numeric vs alphanumeric field update… Talon/Eagleclaw meeting for requirements? New thing, lots of new data requirements (screen size, orientation, etc) To work with Abe on UAT to guide end users Finance and NOC were unable to connect to outage management; reboot allows folks to connect but it is slow |

Waiting for ticket/JIRA Issue (getting a head start based on some screenshots) Abe vacation on Thursday and Friday, back on Monday (groomsman for a wedding in Seattle area wish me luck/good weather) |

Would like to include in the PO Approval Workflow project w/CV for future deployment - form, fields, Captivate SO Type, Approval flow if different than existing approval flow Boostr Implementation - to be scheduled, possibly bring in form and field creation, follow up with Adam to offer assistance and check status of communication with NS Support re: Subsidiaries Tipalti - reviewing documentation, prepare for 6/1 go live w/PO workflow; training BMS Projects -
