RE Sales Looker: Enhancement to make the following available to report in the same table as Budgeted vs Contracted (RE) sales performance:

  • US Month-to-date Year-over-year comparison

  • US Quarter-to-date year-over-year comparison

  • US Year-to-date year-over-year comparison

  • CAN Month-to-date Year-over-year comparison

  • CAN Quarter-to-date year-over-year comparison

  • CAN Year-to-date year-over-year comparison

Previously was able to see this information by using some looker tricks, but unable to show in the same table as Budgeted vs Contracted (RE) sales performance

This is a major component on a Dashboard that goes straight to Marc and Harris

(To prevent running out of disk space) Building a process to archive Schedule and Verify log files to AWS S3 storage. All files for one month will be combined together, compressed and stored. Monthly storage is $2.30 for 100 GB.

Next up: Working on active directory integration with AWS and troubleshooting more frequent recent failures with the Snowflake job on Cap-Corpsfa (Venueworklistvenues)

This week: Working remotely on Friday morning, Out of the office in the afternoon. Jury Duty starting Monday

Traffic upgrade is slowing down, not enough resources is Rackspace. Steve is working on that

Has a list of all servers that are off; letting the dust settle and make sure everyone is ok with it

Matt wants to upgrade everyone to Windows 10: Wally wants metrics; want to start with our group. Only Julia needs to be upgraded

Authentication for Boostr didn’t happen, Pablo no-showed; to be rescheduled for end of the week or next week. Friday later afternoons have worked in the past (according to Julia)
