• SO’s - NOC & PM’s - repaired and functioning - Site = Entity + Custom body field which is used as our Customer; an item on a SO needs a Customer to populate the item line. The site formula connection was broken on the SO forms

• Projects in NS - Weekly Steering Committee meeting - NetSuite System - Projects Road Map

  • Tipalti - engineering to change PO approval workflow

  • PO Approval workflow -

    • progressing; need Tipalti changes to implement

    • New Vendor approval - for PO’s work with Finance to outline process; for no PO Tipalti enters

  • Boostr - moved from SB1 to SB2; reconnect API; Move and Add Boostr test items; Adam to re-connect

  • Phase 1 NRESR - sent links to all tickets/items reference SO to identify the overwrite/inability to edit forms

  • CRM - moving bundles from SB1 and SB2; need to validate SB2

  • Data API - currently in SB1; move with CRM

• Jira Tickets for End users - items re: access; permissions; tasks - new users

• nSuite - Pilot project - MP leaving, leads to Colleen

AHA - Jira add on… but none of the software projects in Jira are the same so it doesn’t make sense to use

Lessons Learned: ineffective QA; need a complete regression testing set for majro applications. anything that touches the application everything must be tested

• RE Sales Operations continued updates for NetSuite Revamp

• Looker CI/CD Tested and KT’d from Dev to UAT - it works great!; requires Looker, GitHub, Jenkins

  • Asked for UAT to Prod; they want a due date and priority

  • Ad Sales Velocity Pipeline Dashboard - email schedules, security situation
