Frank

• 4th Qtr FTO Planning - start thinking about FTO balances that need to be used by year end, and put time on calendar by the end of September so time is not lost. Whole team cannot be out Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years week so work together on those weeks and be fair to each other!

• Traffic system upgrade has started, but Rackspace has been slow with the server builds. This will set the timeline back 1 week.

• In the process of putting out fires with Pivotal issues. Once that settles down, I will make a plan for the team for to move forward.

  • bug - recalc of certain objects deletes many SIC codes. caused many many problems w/ traffic

  • Need to figure out how to restore

  • Need to address: who will create servers/server names, revenue

• Jenkins server patching and upgrade, with Roshan.

  • Coordinate monthly schedule with Abe and Corevalue.

• Cloud Migration Project (Building Server Service); RFQ being sent out to 4 companies (Corevalue, EagleDream, Edison Interactive, Andy Gaskell (Independent Contractor from CTO Teammate))

• Hivestack UUIDs loaded; tables and stored procs updated. Code review with Frank and Tom.

• AWS - working on centralized logging.

• Met with CoreValue, they were agreeable with us adding our time to our projects .We would like to mirror their approach to working in Jira

• Jira Mapping has moved to Managers only- less confusion please email me any issues or concerns we can address

• O365 Roll-out continues, CHI and TOR complete. reviewing lessons learned for LA and NY

• Rolling Surface Hubs being installed here in Lowell-in the house keep an eye out

• O365 Transformation kick off meeting happened on Friday.

• An Epic represents a big user story that has not been broken down into finer-grained requirements.

• A Story represents a single feature to be implemented. Usually capturing the requirements of the end use.

• A Task represents a generic task that is not a bug or a story. But which needs to be completed.

• A Bug represents a defect or problem that needs to be fixed.
