  • 4th Qtr FTO Planning - start thinking about FTO balances that need to be used by year end, and put time on calendar by the end of September so time is not lost. Whole team cannot be out Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years week so work together on those weeks and be fair to each other!

  • A Story represents a single feature to be implemented. Usually capturing the requirements of the end use.

  • A Task represents a generic task that is not a bug or a story. But which needs to be completed.

  • A Bug represents a defect or problem that needs to be fixed.
